We offer international shipping on most of our products to hundreds of countries. All international orders receive the same 24/7 customer support as our domestic customers. We take special care in packaging international orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter the distance.

International Shipping & Customs

Please note that once international orders are shipped, they are under the care of the shipping courier and federal customs. Each country has different customs policies that may affect the logistics and shipping times of certain orders. Once the package leaves BAVMODS’ custody, customs authorities in the destination country oversee the clearance process. We may contact you if additional information is required to clear your package.

Please be aware that many countries conduct random spot checks of imported goods, which could result in shipping delays. While we will work to help expedite the clearance process as much as possible, customs regulations are controlled by the destination country’s government, and delays may occur outside of our control.

In many cases, international delays occur because shipping couriers are unable to reach the customer. Below, we’ve attached the contact methods for international customers to check the status of their package and arrange for its release. Simply call the courier, provide your tracking number, and confirm your address to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to BAVMODS' discretion. While we strive to accommodate all return requests, please note the following key points:


Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or modified.


Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: International shipping fees (typically $19.99) are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded. If the return is due to reasons beyond our control, such as buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, the cost of the return shipping label will be the customer’s responsibility or will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Return Example: If you paid $29.99 for the product and $19.99 for shipping, only the $29.99 product price is eligible for a refund, making the total refundable amount $29.99.


Inspection & Damage Reporting: We strongly recommend inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Delayed reports may result in the return being denied. BAVMODS carefully selects and screens our shipping couriers to ensure that products shipped through our international program arrive defect-free. However, if you choose to forward the package using a third-party courier at your own cost, liability for any damage shifts to you. While the product is guaranteed to be in new condition upon delivery to the original address, forwarding it through another courier may introduce risks of damage, which we cannot cover.

VAT & Customs Disclaimer
To offer greater savings to our international customers, BAVMODS waives all sales taxes on international orders. However, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their local government. These charges vary by country and are not covered by BAVMODS.

Custom Products & Special Conditions
Custom Steering Wheels: As custom steering wheels are handcrafted and made to order, they are not eligible for full refunds. However, we will address any defects related to craftsmanship (e.g., stitching, striping) at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been used, installed, or modified, as well as custom items (outside of custom steering wheels), is not eligible for a return or refund.
