IMPORTANT NOTE: This exhaust system is not the same configuration as the BMW G20 330i exhaust system. The 330e Hybrid utilizes different exhaust routing, chassis requirements, and mounting specifications due to the hybrid drivetrain system.

Every 330e Hybrid exhaust is custom configured using the correct vehicle measurements, moldings, and factory specifications to ensure proper fitment. This is not a generic third-party exhaust adapted to work — it is specifically designed for the BMW 330e Hybrid platform.

All exhaust systems are custom fabricated to order. Our team completes each system in-house, and the craftsmanship is immediately noticeable upon unboxing.

While materials are sourced worldwide, all final fabrication, welding, quality assurance testing, and fitment verification are completed at our facility in Texas, United States.

Due to the extensive labor involved and the high cost/risk associated with return shipping exhaust systems, full returns are not accepted. However, if there is ever a verified fitment issue, we will stand behind our product guarantee and, with proper documentation, ensure the issue is addressed.

Please note: once an order is placed, if we are not contacted within 24–48 hours of order placement, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Each exhaust unit requires approximately 3–5 weeks for fabrication. Once fabrication is complete and the system enters quality assurance testing, we will provide detailed photos of your completed exhaust for review and approval before shipment.
