BAVMODS Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with the BAVMODS team! We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to offer the best products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most orders within 30 days of receipt.

General Return Policy

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee on most items, whether the product arrives defective or doesn’t fit. No need to worry about the hassle of arguing over returns.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original accessories and packaging.

Restocking Fees: Returned items will be fully refunded unless a restocking fee is clearly stated at the time of purchase or a return label is required due to circumstances beyond BAVMODS’ control.

Shipping Damage & Inspection

Inspect Upon Delivery: We highly recommend inspecting all BAVMODS products immediately upon receipt. While every product is thoroughly inspected and shipped brand new, damage may occur during transit. BAVMODS carefully selects and screens our shipping couriers to ensure that products arrive defect-free. However, if you choose to forward the package using a third-party courier at your own cost, liability for any damage shifts to you. While the product is guaranteed to be in new condition upon delivery to the original address, forwarding it through another courier may introduce risks of damage, which we cannot cover.

Report Damage Promptly: Any visible or functional defects or damage must be reported as soon as the product is received. Reporting damage after days/weeks/months shifts the liability to the customer, as we cannot be responsible for issues that occur after the initial delivery window.

Custom Steering Wheels

Custom Product Policy: Custom steering wheels are handmade to order and cannot be returned for a flat-out refund due to the labor and time involved in manufacturing. However, if there is an issue with the craftsmanship (e.g., stitching, striping, etc.), we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Case-by-Case Resolution: Any defects or issues with custom steering wheels will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our BAVMODS resolution team. We will correct any faults on our end to ensure you are satisfied.

Return Label Policy

Domestic Return Labels: We provide return labels at no cost for defective or incorrect items within the U.S. if the issue is due to an error on our part. However, if the return is due to reasons beyond our control, such as buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, the full price of the item will be refunded, minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.

International Return Labels: Due to high costs, return labels for international orders are not provided unless the return is due to a fault on our end. We encourage international customers to carefully inspect products upon delivery.

Exclusions & Limitations

Products that have been used, installed, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns.

Custom or personalized products (outside of custom steering wheels) are final sale and not eligible for returns unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
