While we take pride in offering high-quality products, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or vehicle owner to ensure that all parts purchased are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Intended Use

• Replacement / Maintenance Parts – Many products offered are OEM-style or OEM-quality replacements designed for normal road use.

• Aftermarket / Performance Parts – Certain products (including but not limited to lighting assemblies, carbon fiber components, exhaust systems, and steering wheels) may be intended for off-road, show, or track use only unless otherwise specified.

2. Compliance & Legality

• Automotive regulations vary by country, state, and municipality.

• BAVMODS® LLC makes no guarantees regarding the street legality of aftermarket products in any jurisdiction.

• Customers are solely responsible for verifying compliance with all local, state, federal, and international laws before installation or use.

3. Assumption of Risk

• By purchasing and installing aftermarket products, the customer acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with product use.

• BAVMODS® LLC is not liable for:

• Tickets, fines, or penalties from law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

• Vehicle impoundments or failed inspections due to modified parts.

• Damages, injuries, or losses (direct or indirect) resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unlawful use.

4. Installation Responsibility

• Professional installation is strongly recommended.

• BAVMODS® LLC is not responsible for improper installation, incidental damages, or vehicle malfunctions.

• Some products may require coding, programming, or specialized tools. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper setup.

5. Product Fitment & Modifications

• Vehicle variations exist (production years, trims, region-specific builds).

• Customers are responsible for confirming fitment before installation.

• Modifying a product to achieve fitment is at the customer’s own risk and voids return eligibility.

6. Electrical & Software Products

• Items such as digital gauge clusters, keyfobs, and lighting assemblies may require programming/coding.

• Compatibility issues arising from third-party software, outdated vehicle systems, or improper setup are the customer’s responsibility.

• Electrical/electronic items are non-returnable once installed or attempted to be installed, unless proven defective. If exempt, restocking fees may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are subject to BAVMODS® LLC’s standard return policy.

• Refunds will not be issued for products deemed non-compliant in a customer’s local jurisdiction.

• Custom-built items, electrical components, and programmed units may be non-returnable unless defective.

8. International Sales & Customs

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for verifying import regulations, duties, and taxes.

• BAVMODS® LLC is not liable for items seized, delayed, or rejected by customs.

• Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable once the product leaves our facility.

9. Safety & Performance Use

• Aftermarket products may alter vehicle performance, handling, or safety.

• The customer assumes all responsibility when operating a modified vehicle.

• BAVMODS® LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from product use.

10. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

• BAVMODS® LLC is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain interruptions.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

• Unless explicitly stated, all products are sold “as-is” without warranty beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

• BAVMODS® LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

12. Intellectual Property Notice

• BAVMODS® LLC is an independent aftermarket provider and is not affiliated with BMW AG or any affiliates.

• All BMW-related names, models, logos, and trademarks belong to BMW AG and are used solely for reference and compatibility purposes.

13. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from BAVMODS® LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

• They have read and understood this disclaimer.

• They accept full responsibility for product legality, fitment, installation, and use.

• BAVMODS® LLC’s liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
