Getting started is easy—just follow this quick step-by-step guide to become an Authorized BAVMODS® Dealer.

Email us at support@bavmods.com with the following details: your company name, website link, how long you’ve been in business, and whether you’re applying as a supplier of your merchandise or a retailer of BAVMODS® products.
Setup Shopify Collective
Next, download Shopify Collective along with the Shopify Collective Supplier app. Once your company profile is set up, simply find us as a retailer and request access. Our team will then grant you access to our exclusive Authorized Dealer & Vendor portal, where you’ll receive B2B pricing and priority service. If you’d like us to sell your products, send us your referral page code via email at support@bavmods.com or legal@bavmods.com.
Not using Shopify? No problem. Email us directly and we’ll set up manual Authorized Dealer support without the app.
Approval Process
After creating an account and requesting access, please check your email for approval updates. If you don’t hear back within 72 hours, contact us at support@bavmods.com or legal@bavmods.com.

Thank you for becoming an Authorized Reseller of BAVMODS® products. This policy ensures consistent customer experience, protects the BAVMODS® brand, and clearly defines return and refund responsibilities between BAVMODS® and its reseller partners.
General Reseller Responsibilities
Resellers are the first point of contact for all customer service inquiries, including returns and exchanges.
Resellers may not issue refunds or replacements for BAVMODS® products without prior written approval from BAVMODS®.
Resellers must market BAVMODS® products using official product descriptions, images, and branding unless otherwise approved in writing.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original accessories, packaging, and protective films intact.
Custom Products: Handcrafted and made-to-order items (such as custom steering wheels) are not eligible for standard refunds. BAVMODS® will, at its discretion, repair or replace any verified craftsmanship issues.
Approval Requirement: All returns must be authorized by BAVMODS®. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: BAVMODS® reserves the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee on reseller-initiated returns, except in cases where BAVMODS® is directly at fault.
Shipping Damage & Inspection
Resellers must instruct customers to inspect shipments upon delivery.
Any claims of damage must be reported by the customer to the reseller within 7 days of delivery, and the reseller must notify BAVMODS® within 72 hours of receipt of the claim.
Forwarding Disclaimer: If a shipment is forwarded by the customer using a third-party courier, BAVMODS® liability ends upon first delivery.
Refund & Replacement Process
1. Customer submits return request → Reseller handles first-line communication.
2. Reseller submits claim to BAVMODS® with photos, proof of purchase, and issue details.
3. BAVMODS® reviews and approves or denies the request.
4. If approved, BAVMODS® issues a credit or replacement to the reseller.
5. Reseller issues the refund/replacement to their customer.
International Returns
International returns are handled case-by-case at BAVMODS®’ discretion.
All international shipping, customs duties, and VAT are non-refundable.
If BAVMODS® agrees to issue an international return label, the full label cost may be deducted from the refund or reseller credit.
Warranty
Warranty terms are published by BAVMODS® and vary by product.
Warranty does not cover improper installation, water damage, misuse, or wear-and-tear.
All warranty claims must flow through the reseller but require BAVMODS®’ approval before action is taken.

This policy outlines the responsibilities of suppliers who provide products to BAVMODS® for resale. It ensures that liability remains with the supplier while BAVMODS® manages retail sales and front-line customer service.
General Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring all products meet quality, compliance, and safety standards.
Returns & Refunds
BAVMODS® as Retailer: BAVMODS® will handle all initial customer service, but all refunds and returns require supplier approval.
Supplier Liability: Suppliers are responsible for defective products, warranty claims, and replacements.
Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Custom Products: Custom-made items provided by suppliers are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
Restocking Fees: Suppliers may apply a restocking fee if disclosed in advance to BAVMODS®.
BAVMODS® reserves the right to remove any supplier’s products from its catalog at any time.
Shipping Damage & Inspection
Suppliers must securely package and ship products in brand-new condition.
Any claims of shipping damage reported by BAVMODS® must be addressed by the supplier within 3 business days.
Suppliers are responsible for providing return labels if products arrive defective or incorrect.
Refund & Replacement Process
1. Customer contacts BAVMODS® regarding an issue.
2. BAVMODS® reviews and submits claim to the supplier with details and supporting documentation.
3. Supplier approves or denies the claim within 3 business days.
4. If approved, the supplier issues credit or ships a replacement to BAVMODS®.
5. BAVMODS® fulfills the refund or replacement for the customer.
International Orders
Supplier must clearly state international shipping terms and limitations before listing.
Customs duties, VAT, and additional fees are the responsibility of the end customer.
If BAVMODS® is charged additional import or return fees due to supplier error, supplier must reimburse or credit BAVMODS®.
Warranty
Suppliers must provide clear warranty terms for all products.
Suppliers must honor all valid warranty claims and provide replacements or credits in a timely manner.
Turnaround time for warranty claims should not exceed 7 business days.

When both parties act as suppliers of their own products and as authorized resellers of the other’s products, the following applies in addition to the Supplier Policy and Authorized Reseller Policy:
Dual Roles
Each party is the Supplier for its own branded products and the Reseller for the other’s branded products.
Supplier obligations (warranty, product accuracy, quality, and liability) apply only to the Supplier’s own products.
Returns & Refunds
The Reseller (BAVMODS® or Partner) manages front-line customer service.
Refunds, replacements, or credits can only be issued with Supplier approval.
Resellers may not issue customer refunds until Supplier authorization is received, except for clearly defective or DOA products where expedited action is needed.
Financial Settlement
Each party issues credits or replacements directly to the other when its own products are returned, defective, or covered under warranty.
Either party may net balances owed (credits vs. invoices) in a monthly reconciliation statement.
MAP & Branding
Each party agrees to honor the other’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) rules, trademarks, and branding standards.
No alteration of product names, specs, or images without Supplier’s prior written approval.
Disputes & Priority
The Supplier retains final authority over technical product questions, warranty eligibility, and defect determinations.
The Reseller controls customer-facing communications but must defer to the Supplier for approvals.
Termination
Either party may terminate reseller/supplier rights with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations for outstanding orders, credits, or warranties already in effect.
