Headlight & Taillight Assembly Cancellation / Return Policy (Restocking Fee)
All of our headlight and taillight assemblies are programmed to order and hand quality-assurance tested at our U.S. facility. These are not generic, off-the-shelf units. Many components are sourced globally — including glass projector components from Europe and electronics/computer chips sourced throughout Asia — and each set requires labor, configuration, and testing prior to shipment.
Because of this process and the high-cost nature of these products, we enforce a 15% restocking fee on any canceled headlight/taillight purchases (outside of the cancellation window, if applicable) and on any returned headlight or taillight assemblies. This policy is standard across many companies that sell high-dollar lighting and electronic components, as some customers purchase products to test-fit or trial and then return them.

Lighting Order Processing & Cancellation Policy: Many of our headlight and tail light upgrades require custom programming and module configuration to ensure proper functionality for your vehicle’s exact year, make, and model.
Unlike generic lighting products that are drop-shipped by third-party sellers, our lighting products are handled directly by our U.S. team. Each applicable headlight or tail light unit is connected to an electronic testing bench, where the lighting modules are programmed, functionality is verified, and the unit is tested prior to shipment. This quality assurance process helps ensure proper operation once installed.
Because this process involves manual programming, testing, and resource allocation, work on many lighting orders may begin shortly after the order is placed.
For this reason, cancellation requests should be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation cannot always be guaranteed if the programming or testing process has already begun.
Please note that some lighting products are stocked and ready to ship, such as certain pre-configured tail lights. However, more complex lighting upgrades require custom programming of control modules, which is performed by our team before shipment.
