The stock plastic intake manifold on the B58 Gen 1 engine is a known limitation — both in material and design. It wasn’t engineered for high boost, heat, or fueling headroom. Our BAVMODS® Billet Port Injection Intake Manifold fixes all three.

CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, it replaces the brittle OEM plastic unit and integrates a secondary port-injection rail, allowing your Z4 to finally deliver the fuel your tune demands.

Direct injection alone caps the B58 Gen 1 near 480–520 whp — after that, the factory system runs out of fuel.

Our billet design adds six additional injectors (one per runner), giving tuners total control over fueling balance and E85 support.

2. Maintain stable AFRs at high boost for safer tuning.
