The G-series BMW was announced in 2016 with the unveiling of the G30 5-series. This model paved the way for the more popular and completely redesigned 2, 3, and 4 series. These newer models featured a completely revamped front end with larger, wider front grilles, aggressively slanted headlights, and powerful engines that deliver thrilling performance.

The M3 (G80) and M4 (G82) models were equipped with the S58 engine, producing between 452 and 550 horsepower, depending on the configuration. Additionally, the G-platform introduced a fully upgraded and redesigned interior, rivaling luxury brands like Mercedes and Audi.
