Returns & Exchanges
International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to BAVMODS' discretion. While we strive to accommodate all return requests, please note the following key points:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or modified.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: International shipping fees (typically $19.99) are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refunded.

Return Example: If you paid $29.99 for the product and $19.99 for shipping, only the $29.99 product price is eligible for a refund, making the total refundable amount $29.99.

Inspection & Damage Reporting: We strongly recommend inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported within **7 days of delivery**. Delayed reports may result in the return being denied.

VAT & Customs Disclaimer
To offer greater savings to our international customers, BAVMODS waives all sales taxes on international orders. However, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their local government. These charges vary by country and are not covered by BAVMODS.

Custom Products & Special Conditions
Custom Steering Wheels: As custom steering wheels are handcrafted and made to order, they are not eligible for full refunds. However, we will address any defects related to craftsmanship (e.g., stitching, striping) at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been used, installed, or modified, as well as custom items (outside of custom steering wheels), is not eligible for a return or refund.
