AFTERMARKET OEM OE?

I bought and installed this ZF kit and it works a dream, transmission shifts great now. my old seals were... alittle expired... my question is the quality from this kit seems 100% like the factory one but pricing was much cheaper than BMW dealer, are these OEM? If not theyre completely identical so good job
